FURNITURE CONDITION AND PRICE:  I will send you a more detailed description of the condition of the piece and the price if you request them using the email button at the bottom of the page.  In order for me to send you this information, please send me your name, mailing address, and phone number or your email address.  Then, tell me which pieces you are interested in. 

PUT THE FURNITURE ON HOLD:  If you call me by phone at 952-935-2582 and are seriously interested in a piece, I will arrange with you to hold the piece for up to ten days while you make a decision. 

PHOTOS:  If you need more or different photos, I can send them by mail or email too lisebohm@yahoo.com.  The pictures by mail will be 35 mm color pictures. Please be kind enough to return them when you are finished. 

QUESTIONS:  Send me an email using the button at the bottom of the page or call me by phone at 952-935-2582 or send me your phone number by email lisebohm@yahoo.com so I can call you to answer any questions on the piece's condition, arranging for shipment, prices, or anything else. 

SHIPPING:  It is your responsibility to arrange for and pay for shipping.  With your payment, send me the name, phone number, and date when the shipper is likely to pick up the furniture.  For more information on shipping, click on the button at the bottom of the page. 

SALES TAX:  Your check must include the Virginia sales tax of 4.5%, unless you are using a licensed interstate shipper to move the furniture you are buying from the state of Virginia or you are buying the furniture for resale under a valid state tax number.  In that case, send a copy of your resale certificate. 

INVOICE:  After you decide to buy the furniture, call me at 804-639-5442 or email me by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page and I will email or mail you an invoice.  

PAYMENT:  I must receive your check within ten days after you receive the invoice or the piece will automatically be available for sale to someone else.  After I receive your check, the bank requires ten business days for the check to clear, before we can release the furniture to your shipper.  If you want to speed up the process, we will release the piece immediately upon receipt of a bank check or money order.  

GUARANTEE:  I guarantee your satisfaction with every piece you buy from me.  If you are not happy, for any reason, you can return the piece within thirty days.  When you receive your piece: 

1.  Inspect your piece immediately. 
2.  If you decide you do not want the piece, for any reason, give the 
piece back to the shipper and call me at 952-935-2582. 
3.  When I have received the piece, in the same condition as it was shipped, I will refund your full purchase price to you. 
4.  You bear the risk of damage to the piece during shipping.  This is why we recommend you purchase insurance. 
5.  You will pay for the shipping charges, both for the original delivery of the piece to you as well as the return of the piece to us.
